Delete account and data

1. How to submit a request

1. Email painelpixapp@gmail.com from the address associated with the account.
2. Use the subject ACCOUNT DELETION - Painel Pix.
3. Include the account email and whether you use Android, Painel Pix Web or both. Include the Firebase UID if known.
4. Complete identity verification. Requests are normally completed within 15 days after verification, subject to legal requirements or complex cases communicated to the requester.

2. Data normally deleted

• Firebase Authentication account and the user's Realtime Database record.
• The corresponding Painel Pix Web account.
• Pix API credentials, stored certificates and references owned by the account.
• Profile settings and access data that do not need to be retained.
• Other directly associated data not subject to lawful retention.

3. Data that may be retained

Minimum payment, accounting, security, support, fraud-prevention and legal-claim records may be retained for applicable legal periods. Protected backups may retain copies until their normal rotation. Data independently held by Google Play, banks or the user's device must be managed in those environments.

4. Subscriptions, refunds and local files

Account deletion does not automatically cancel a recurring Google Play subscription or issue a refund. Cancel the subscription through Google Play before deletion or contact support. PDFs and other files saved on a phone or computer must be deleted by the user.

5. Partial deletion

To remove only a bank credential or certificate without deleting the account, use the Credentials screen in Painel Pix Web or the Android app. To correct name or email, use the Account screen where available or contact support.
