Cookie Notice

Information about cookies, local storage and similar technologies used by the public website and Painel Pix Web.

Current status

Necessary and functional technologies

The public website does not use advertising, ad-personalization or behavioral tracking cookies. Painel Pix Web uses strictly necessary resources for authentication and security and limited functional resources to maintain sign-in and remember choices.

1. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small records stored by a browser. Local storage, IndexedDB, cache and session identifiers can serve similar purposes, such as keeping an account signed in, remembering a choice or protecting a request.

2. Technologies currently used

TechnologyWherePurposeApproximate duration

Anti-forgery tokenPainel Pix WebServer-side session value used to prevent forged requests. For the session.
painelpix_cookie_notice_v1Public website and legal pagesFunctional local storage used only to remember that the notice was closed, without tracking activity across websites.Until cleared by the user or the notice materially changes.
Browser cacheWebsite and Painel Pix WebTemporarily stores images, styles, scripts and fonts for performance.Controlled by the browser and server responses.

3. Third-party resources

Pages may load Google Fonts. Like any external connection, the provider may receive technical data such as IP address, browser, date and time. Google sign-in loads Firebase components only on pages where that feature is offered. These providers apply their own policies.

4. Legal basis and user choice

The session cookie and anti-forgery token are strictly necessary for authentication and security and do not depend on consent. Sign-in persistence and remembering that the notice was closed are limited functional resources used to perform the requested service and for a legitimate interest in continuity and transparency, subject to minimization and browser controls.

For this reason, Painel Pix provides transparent notice but does not offer a misleading option to reject an essential session. If optional measurement, marketing or advertising cookies are introduced, they will be disabled by default with equivalent choices to accept, reject and change preferences.

5. Browser controls

Users may delete or block cookies, local storage and site data in their browser settings. Blocking necessary technologies may prevent Google sign-in, authentication and other Painel Pix Web features from operating.

6. Android application

The Android app does not rely on browser cookies for its core features, but uses on-device storage, Firebase and technical installation identifiers. These practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Updates and contact

This notice will be updated if the technologies change. The responsible entity is PAINEL DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SISTEMAS LTDA., Brazilian CNPJ 62.885.922/0001-80, at Passagem São José, 152, Maguari, Ananindeua, Pará, Brazil. Questions may be sent to painelpixapp@gmail.com.
