Software for your Pix operation
Painel Pix facilitates bank-API charge creation and receipt verification. It is not a bank, does not hold received funds and does not request online banking passwords.
1. Identification, eligibility and acceptance
These Terms govern the use of Painel Pix, supplied by PAINEL DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SISTEMAS LTDA., trading as Painel Pix, registered in Brazil under CNPJ 62.885.922/0001-80, with its registered address at Passagem São José, 152, Maguari, Ananindeua, Pará, Brazil. By creating an account or using the service, the user accepts these Terms and the Privacy Policy. A user acting for a company represents that they are authorized to do so.
The service is available only to individuals aged 18 or older for professional or business use. Individuals under 18 may not create an account or purchase a plan. An account that does not meet this requirement may be restricted and handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
2. Service
Depending on platform and bank compatibility, Painel Pix provides dynamic Pix charges and QR Codes, copy-and-paste Pix payloads, payment retrieval and confirmation, date-based statements, receipts, PDFs, credential and certificate management, Google sign-in, support and access administration. Current integrations include Banco do Brasil, Efí and Banco Inter. Features may change because of technical evolution, bank API changes, security or legal requirements.
3. Accounts and security
- Users must provide accurate information and keep their name and email current.
- Accounts must not be shared with unauthorized persons.
- Users must protect passwords, Google accounts, devices, API credentials and certificates.
- Authenticated activity may be attributed to the account until suspected compromise is reported and blocked.
4. Bank credentials and certificates
Users obtain API credentials and certificates directly from their bank, check permissions and keep them valid. Painel Pix uses these items only to perform requested operations. Never provide an online banking password. Credentials must also be revoked or replaced through the bank when appropriate.
5. Payer data
Users who access payer names, Brazilian CPF/CNPJ identifiers or other payer data must use them only for lawful verification, support, accounting and compliance purposes. Disclosure, sale, unrelated enrichment, harassment or use inconsistent with data protection law is prohibited.
6. Trial, access and plans
Where offered, the free trial permits evaluation for the period shown. Android plans may be recurring Google Play subscriptions managed through the user's Google account. Pix payments through Painel Pix Web are one-time payments that grant access for the purchased duration without automatic renewal. Prices, durations and terms shown before confirmation apply. Access is granted only after payment confirmation and an unpaid QR Code may expire.
7. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
Where the purchase is a consumer transaction completed away from business premises, including online, the consumer may exercise Brazil's statutory right of withdrawal within 7 (seven) days from purchase, without giving a reason and without limiting any longer period provided by law or the offer. Amounts paid will be fully refunded through the original payment method where technically possible, subject to the processing times of the responsible payment institution.
Requests may be sent to painelpixapp@gmail.com or WhatsApp +55 91 99376-9597 and will receive electronic confirmation. For recurring subscriptions processed through Google Play, renewal must also be cancelled through the Google account; this does not waive mandatory consumer rights. Uninstalling the app or deleting a Painel Pix account does not automatically cancel a subscription.
After the statutory withdrawal period, cancellation or refund requests will be reviewed according to the offer, service failure or duplicate charge, the period already used and other applicable rights. Users may contact support about cancellation, failure to grant access, improper or duplicate charges and suspected fraud.
8. Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful, authorized activity.
- Do not access third-party accounts, certificates, data or infrastructure.
- Do not bypass access, subscription or security controls.
- Do not submit malicious code, exploit vulnerabilities or abuse bank APIs.
- Do not use Painel Pix for fraud, money laundering, social engineering or deceptive charges.
9. Payment verification
A QR Code, notification or isolated screen is not final proof of settlement. Before delivering goods, services or value, users must verify confirmed status, amount and TXID and check directly with the bank if in doubt. Statements and receipts reproduce API data and depend on the institution's availability and accuracy.
10. Availability and third parties
The service depends on internet access, devices, hosting, Firebase, Google Play and bank APIs. Maintenance, network blocks, limits, scope changes, downtime or third-party errors may temporarily affect features. We use reasonable efforts to maintain and diagnose the service but do not promise uninterrupted availability.
11. Support and updates
Users should install recommended security and compatibility updates. Older versions may stop working after banks or Google change requirements. Support is available through painelpixapp@gmail.com and WhatsApp +55 91 99376-9597.
12. Intellectual property
Painel Pix trademarks, interface, code, documentation and content are protected. The user receives a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license during lawful access. Unauthorized copying, resale, improper reverse engineering or derivative services are prohibited.
13. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend an account because of security risk, fraud, unlawful use, breach, non-payment or a valid third-party/authority requirement. Where safe and feasible, the user will be notified and may challenge the action. Account deletion can be requested through Account and Data Deletion.
14. Responsibility
Each party is responsible for direct harm it causes under applicable law. Users are responsible for the legitimacy of charges, lawful handling of customer data, bank permissions, device security and receipt verification. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
15. Privacy
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy, Cookie Notice and, for customers acting as controllers of payer data, the Data Processing Agreement, which form part of these Terms where applicable.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms because of technical, commercial or legal changes. Material changes will be announced through an appropriate channel, will not retroactively reduce acquired rights and may require a new acknowledgment or acceptance before continued use. Users who do not agree may stop using the service and exercise their legal rights.
17. Governing law
Brazilian law applies. Issues should first be addressed through support. Where a consumer relationship exists, the forum and protections mandatorily granted to the consumer remain preserved.
